Anomera Specialty Material Facility

The SMF construction in Temiscaming, Quebec at the Rayonier AM Pulp and Paper Plant is proceeding on schedule. On May 5th two huge cranes lifted the 5.5 story, 29,000 gallon, double shell spray dryer designed by Techni Process North American from a special lowboy truck and inserted the vessel through the ten story tower roof. Soon after the 3 cyclones and ducting followed along with a plethora of fans, blowers and air conditioning equipment. The SD-400 Spray Dryer is a highly sophisticated state of the art machine which creates the Cosmetic and Industrial Anomera powders.
