Anomera Announces Collaboration with Queen’s University

Anomera is pleased to announce its collaboration with Professor Michael Cunningham and Queen’s University. Prof. Cunningham, who held an Ontario Research Chair in Green Chemistry and Engineering, is a member of the Chemical Engineering Department with a cross-appointment to the Department of Chemistry. The project, funded in part through a Mitacs Accelerate grant, aims to improve the performance of water-based latex coatings by incorporating Anomera’s bio-based DextraCel. Increased durability of coatings would have far-reaching impact across several industries, including a reduction in carbon footprint and overall environmental impact.
